Barnes Roots and Herbs does not sell to the general public.
Barnes Roots and Herbs sells only raw botanical products for further manufacturing. Because our products are in their natural state, analytical reports will vary from Product to Product, and Lot to Lot. Not all products have been tested for every analytical analysis. Specific analysis is available upon request, but may be subject to a testing fee. Steam or Heat Treatment is available upon request. A Certificate of Analysis is provided with every order.
Barnes Roots and Herbs makes every effort to ship in stock orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of a stock shortage we will make every effort to obtain material and ship ASAP.
All freight is responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in quote.
It is the customer’s responsibility to insure their goods for transportation.
In instances where the customer refuses or misses a delivery, they are responsible for cost of returned shipment. These shipments are considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
All returns are considered on a case by case basis, and may be subject to a 12.5% restocking fee.
Any discrepancies between your invoice and the received items must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt.
Payment will be accepted by check, electronic funds transfer, or credit card. Credit card payments may be subject to an additional charge of 3.5% of the invoice total.
Payment terms are given based on credit history. Barnes Roots and Herbs has the right to change payment terms at any time. If customer is past due after the required amount of days, 1.5% of the invoice total will be charged per month on the late balance and accrued every month thereafter. Barnes Roots and Herbs reserves the right to withhold shipment and/or further orders until balance is paid. Any past due balances greater than 60 days will be turned over to an attorney for collection.
Barnes Roots and Herbs reserves the right to refuse orders from anyone for any reason.
